My Role: Art direction, design

2501 M Street is a mixed-use project located near Georgetown in Washington, DC. When the bottom five floors became unoccupied, they were transformed from office space to luxury condominiums, while the top three floors (already occupied as condos) remained unchanged.

The challenge was to rebrand the building and compete with other nearby condos in the popular West End neighborhood. Post renovation, a high-end restaurant, Nobu, would occupy the ground floor while 60 condos, averaging $1.3M, would take up the other 4 floors.

The look of the website conveys the contemporary but timeless feel of the project, showcasing its elegant and luxurious features and amenities. Aiming to attract urbanized couples looking for a short commute to work or empty nesters downsizing from their previous home, the site highlights the many advantages of living in the centrally located neighborhood.
